Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our automotive manufacturing operation on 2nd shift. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, dock scheduling, and material flow, while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production to keep production on track.

You will verify documents, support inventory accuracy, and train forklift operators, contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment and strong cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, transportation management, and shipping/receiving workflows.
• Experience with SAP or MRO is an asset.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure on-time, accurate movement of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Review purchase orders, shipping documents, bills, invoices, and PORs to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain dock scheduling and ensure materials are received and shipped at the correct times.
• Receive incoming goods, verify accuracy and coordinate with Quality for inspections when required.
• Perform warehouse management activities and support inventory accuracy; uphold 5S standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist cross-functional teams, and support scheduling and OT tracking.
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
