Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct drivers; sign in/out, verify paperwork, assign dock doors.
• Maintain trailer inventory and door/yard reports with real-time updates.
• Coordinate yard moves with spotters for smooth operations.
• Process Bills of Lading and reconcile shipments with packing slips.
• Maintain inbound/outbound schedules and ensure on-time performance.
• Provide friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
