Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a highly organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the 2nd shift in its automotive manufacturing logistics operation. You will ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate dock activities, and support cross-functional teams to keep production flowing.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliable customer service, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, global mobility-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of materials, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Experience overseeing or coordinating teams of 10+ is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure on-time, accurate movement of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Review purchase orders, shipping documents, bills, invoices, and PORs to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain dock scheduling and ensure materials are received and shipped at the correct times.
• Receive incoming goods, verify accuracy and coordinate with Quality for inspections when required.
• Support inventory accuracy and develop processes that enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
