Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Clerk to support the operations team. You will perform shipping duties for the plant, including scheduling, tagging products and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Second shift responsibilities include checking in drivers, operating forklifts, verifying purchase orders, and coordinating trucks for loading/unloading, with emphasis on accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with others.
• Proficiency in basic math and data entry accuracy.
• Experience with Windows software and office applications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checking in drivers.
• Operating forklifts.
• Checking Purchase Orders.
• Scheduling trucks for loading/unloading.
• Preparing shipping documents and entering data daily.
• Maintain records of all products and orders.
• Verify Seals on trucks.
• Maintain customer shipment files.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with teams to maximize shipments.
• Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.
