Job summary

VALCO Industries, Inc. in Coldwater, OH is seeking a Full-Time Shipper for our 2nd shift (4:30pm-3am). We offer competitive wages up to $28.06 with a $2.50 shift differential, generous PTO after 90 days, and quarterly attendance bonuses.

Responsibilities include loading orders, staging, and ensuring safe packaging and timely paperwork. Qualifications include a valid forklift and driver license, basic math, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with others and complete all

Qualifications

Valid forklift license and driver license.
Good working knowledge of company computer system.
Good basic math skills.
Ability to interface with others in a courteous manner.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to read and complete paperwork accurately.
Able to visualize loads and package appropriately.

Responsibilities

Prepare and load orders for motor freight, UPS, and customer pickup as required.
Organize staging and loading of customer orders.
Communicate status and changes with DC supervision.
Ensure orders are safely packaged and loaded to prevent damage.
Assist customers and visitors courteously.
Complete all required paperwork and computer transactions accurately.
Follow safety rules and keep areas neat and orderly.
