Job summary

This hourly position reports to the Shipping Manager and may include weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a shipping & receiving environment.
• Clerical/Computer ability required.
• Professional communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule/coordinate customer shipments and trucking needs.
• Prepare shipment paperwork and ensure accuracy of labels and BOL.
• Follow safety rules and maintain inventory of dock supplies.
• Provide shift-to-shift communication and meet weekly shipping commitments.
