Qualifications

• Experience with set-up and operation of machine tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding machines, punch presses, and press brakes according to specs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping per site rules.
• Train new hires and ensure proper equipment maintenance and TPM tasks.
