Job Description: Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

Join our team to ensure our facilities operate smoothly and safely, supporting our mission to improve patient lives through innovative medical devices. As a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, supervise staff, and lead improvement projects in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise facilities and maintenance staff, ensuring equipment repairs and compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
2. Lead improvement projects, evaluate processes, and collaborate with stakeholders such as Quality and Engineering.
3. Identify issues, review capacity and procedures, and recommend improvements.
4. Ensure team members perform maintenance checks, record accurate device history, and comply with EH&S policies.
5. Train and develop staff, manage performance metrics, and handle employee relations including hiring and firing.
6. Respond to off-hours breakdowns and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 4 years of maintenance experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing personnel and projects.
• Preferred: Medical device industry experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, knowledge of GMP, Lean, Six Sigma, and strong leadership skills.
