Job summary

Thysse in Oregon, WI is seeking an Experienced Bindery or Die Cutting Operator who takes pride in running folders, cutters, booklet makers, die cutters and saddle stitchers. The role focuses on quality and on-time delivery in a busy shop floor.

2nd shift, Monday–Thursday 3pm–1am with a 15% shift differential. Applicants should have 2+ years in bindery or die-cutting, a high school diploma or GED, and strong mechanical aptitude. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bindery or die-cutting experience in the print industry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folders, cutters, booklet makers, die cutters and saddle stitchers with minimal supervision
• Hit production deadlines and quantity targets on a busy, varied schedule
• Catch problems early — read work orders closely and flag anything unclear before it becomes a bigger issue
• Take ownership of the quality of your work, start to finish
• Pitch in on hand-finishing projects and help guide trainees as needed
• Keep your equipment and workspace safe, clean, and in good working order
