Job summary

4over is seeking a Bindery Operator I for the 2nd shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role covers setup, adjustment, and safe operation of the MBO/Stahl folding line to prepare sheets for binding or shipment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and at least three years’ experience with Muller Martini-Presto saddle stitchers, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years’ experience with Muller Martini-Presto saddle stitchers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust MBO/Stahl folding machine per job specs.
• Load sheets and set final unit settings; ensure quality and quantity.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain machine maintenance and lubrication; wear PPE.
• Record job information and complete paperwork.
