RRD is seeking a 2nd shift Bindery Operator in Wisconsin to set up and operate binding equipment, inspect machines for safety, and manage production quality. The role includes a $2/hr shift differential and a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, with full benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of binding, folding, collating, and cutting of printed materials.
• Ability to read and interpret machine instructions and schematics.
• Skill in adjusting powered machinery using hand tools.
• Capable of maintaining dimensional accuracy per specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate bindery equipment including perfect binders.
• Coordinate machine stations to ensure smooth production.
• Direct crew through production processes.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
