Eaton in Beltsville, MD is hiring a Seals Development Lab Technician - 2nd Shift. Core hours are 3 pm–11 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime possible. The position offers $25.50 per hour plus a 10% shift premium.

You will set up and operate seal machines, produce and inspect finished parts, develop tooling and processes, set up and program cell machines, and test tooling while analyzing SPC charts. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience; relocation is not

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Candidate must be a U.S. person for export-controlled information.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate multiple seal machines.
• Produce and inspect quality of finished parts.
• Develop tooling and processes for new and existing parts.
• Set up, program, troubleshoot and operate cell machines.
• Train production staff and complete required certifications.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and 5S+ practices.
