Job summary

Redwall LLC in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Puller for our screen printing production team. This hands-on, fast-paced role works alongside the Press Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and to ensure every shirt that comes off the press meets our quality standards.

No printing experience is required—we train the right person. You will read work orders, prep tools, perform quality checks, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. This role often requires weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Ability to read, write and understand work orders and instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work weekends/overtime.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs (50 lbs for team lifts).

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, mock-ups, and job packet instructions.
• Assist the Press Operator to select screens and inks for each job.
• Prepare squeegees and flood bars for use.
• Quality-check garments before pulling from the press.
• Report garment or print quality issues to the operator and supervisor.
• Tear down: pull ink from screens and return to the correct buckets.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to safety procedures.
