Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Printing Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00pm CST) to support customization cells and ensure high-quality printing. The role emphasizes equipment troubleshooting, communication with the Graphics Lead, and maintaining printers while upholding 6S housekeeping standards.

Automation knowledge and digital printing experience are valued. The successful candidate will troubleshoot equipment, work within a team, and contribute to achieving production

Qualifications

• Automation/technical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand how to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience in digital printing preferred.
• Operator experience in a team environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with safety and security policies to promote a healthy work environment.
• Ensure Quality Control to achieve high standards for production of customer orders.
• Read work orders and execute details for production orders.
• Detect defects during print and assembly production.
• Operate and maintain printers, starting and stopping the print process as needed.
• Communicate technical status to Graphics Lead on the first shift operation’s team.
• Maintain cleanliness and apply 6S housekeeping standards.
• Set up and run printing to ensure highest quality.
