Redwall Llc - Master is hiring a 2nd Shift Catcher to join our screen printing production team. You’ll work with the press operator to keep jobs moving and ensure quality. No printing experience is required; we will train the right person.

You will inspect garments, read work orders, count items, and label boxes while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Weekend/overtime availability may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work orders and instructions.
• Basic math skills and reliable attendance are essential.

• Read and interpret work orders and mockups in the job packet.
• Check for flaws and communicate issues to the press crew.
• Count and verify quantities per work orders and label boxes.

About the RoleRedwall is looking for a 2nd Shift Catcher to join our screen printing production team. In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll work alongside the Press Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and make sure every shirt that comes off the press meets our quality standards. No printing experience is required, and we'll train the right person.What You'll DoCatch Garments (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)Read, write and understand work orders, mock ups and instructions in job packetCheck t-shirts and or hoodies to ensure there are no flawsCommunicate any issues with the press crew to ensure that the issue is corrected before more garments (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) are producedResponsible for counting and verifying quantities per work ordersNotify supervisor of any discrepanciesResponsible to remove any excess ink ( “perform blowouts”) from the garments (shirts, hoodies, etc.),including but not limited to dust, dirt, tape, fingerprints, etc.Quality control each itemLabel boxes per customer specificationsBe able to work quickly and efficientlyObtain screens for the JobMaintain work area clean at all times (before and after your shift)Be on time for work at all timeReport any safety issues to your supervisorMaintain safe work environmentRequired to work weekends, overtime (If needed)Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisorWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDStrong attention to detailAbility to read, write, and understand work orders and instructionsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, division)Ability to identify colorsPositive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and reliable attendanceAbility to work quickly and efficientlyAvailability to work weekends and overtime when neededKnowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not requiredPhysical RequirementsStanding for 8 to 10 hours per dayLifting up to 35 lbs regularly, and the ability to properly lift 50 lbsExposure to warm and cold temperatures in a production environment
