Redwall Llc - Master is seeking a dedicated Packager to join our screen printing production team. You will work with the Packaging Supervisor to keep jobs moving smoothly and ensure every garment meets quality standards.

No printing experience is required; we provide training to the right candidate. The role involves catching and folding shirts, performing QC checks, and packaging orders for shipment, with weekend and overtime availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Ability to read, write and understand work orders and instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division) needed.
• Positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, reliable attendance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed.
• Knowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Catches and folds shirts coming from folding machines.
• Performs quality control check using computer according to company standards.
• Utilizes the binning system, maintaining accuracy.
• Packages and creates shipping labels for shipments.
• Sorts packages according to shipping method.
