Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math operations (add/subtract/multiply) with a calculator.
• Ability to read and use scales on the line.
• Willingness to rotate through scrap-handling tasks and follow safety rules.
• Must meet GMP/SQF and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pick up scrap/trash and discard into color-coded barrels or scrap modules.
• Ensure contaminated, burnt, or unfit product goes to the correct scrap barrels.
• Place reusable line product in white barrels for regrind reprocessing.
• Keep scrap barrels clean; discard damaged barrels.
• Push full scrap module to shipping, weigh and log weights.
• Keep floors clean; sweep and remove debris.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
