Tyson Foods in Portland, IN is seeking a Utility Machine Operator to cover vacation and absenteeism. You will operate multiple machines, read product specs, log machine settings and data, and support the production line.
The role requires basic math, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work 3pm–11pm on the 2nd shift with potential premiums for later shifts. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.
Job Details: This location currently at this time is not accepting rehires, candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods.
Starting pay: $23.70/hr with a shift increase for second and third shift. Hours: 3pm-11pm. Work Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America).
The Utility Machine Operator is responsible for filling in for vacation/absenteeism and must be able to perform all jobs and operate all machines in the department.
