Osseo Ind School District 279 Maple Grove Senior High in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift Custodian to maintain and care for district facilities, grounds and equipment. You will perform cleaning, minor repairs, and provide support to kitchen staff while ensuring a safe, clean environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising daily custodial operations, following directives from coordinators, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
MN Specialist boiler license preferred; leads to Class 2 pay plus shift differential.
Knowledge of general building maintenance and safety practices is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily custodial operations for the assigned shift.
Communicate work allocations from Supervisors and building Principal to custodial staff.
Perform cleaning tasks for classrooms, restrooms, floors, windows and walls.
Support kitchen staff with cleaning and stocking duties as needed.
Monitor building automation controls and security systems.
Report vandalism or security concerns promptly.
Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming and debris removal.
Perform snow removal and assist with overall building operation.
Maintain and document records and logs in a timely fashion.
