Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must obtain MN Specialist boiler license to get Class 2 pay plus the Shift Differential.

Responsabilités

• Take daily responsibility for the position, subbing for the assigned role.
• Communicate work directives from the Coordinator/Assistant Coordinator to custodial staff.
• Perform general housekeeping (mopping, cleaning restrooms, windows, walls, etc.).
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with cleaning and stocking storeroom.
• Monitor and adjust building automation controls.
• Secure facility and operate security systems.
• Report vandalism or unauthorized access.
• Maintain grounds and perform snow removal.
• Respond to issues with building equipment and reporting.
• Keep logs and reports up to date.
• Paint district facilities and maintain equipment.
• Operate boiler and check for proper operation.
• Set up/take down equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility users.
• Perform other similar duties as assigned.
