A leading manufacturing firm in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking full-time 2nd shift Sandblasters to join their team. The role involves using abrasive blasting equipment to prepare large steel beams and metal parts for refinishing. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of corrosion-control methods and must be able to lift heavy materials. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K plan with company match. Qualifications

ExacTech Inc., in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding full time 2nd shift Sandblasters to our team. As part of a turnkey heavy fabrication team, Sandblasters are responsible for stripping a surface of dirt, rust, old paint, and grease, and prepares it for refinishing and repair using pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt
• Responsible for the initial prep of large steel beams and other metal parts to prepare for Industrial Paint
• Use forklift to haul material, tools, and equipment
• Maintain equipment and work area
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
