Job summary

ExacTech in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking a 1st shift Industrial Painter to apply industrial grade paint to sandblasted steel beams and other components for large lifting machines shipped worldwide.

Responsibilities include preparing paint and equipment, prepping steel beams for paint in a spray booth, and disposing of unused paint per safety guidelines. 1st shift hours: Mon-Thu 5:45AM-3:15PM; Fri 6:45AM-10:45AM.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting experience using conventional or airless systems preferred.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to wear a full body garment.
• Must be able to be fitted for and wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary paint and maintain necessary equipment.
• Prepare steel beams and other parts for paint application.
• Work in a spray booth.
• Apply industrial grade paint to sandblasted steel beams.
• Dispose of unused paint appropriately by following all safety regulations and guidelines.
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.
