The successful candidate will operate machinery, load/unload materials, and inspect products to ensure quality. The position offers a second or third shift and emphasizes teamwork and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong safety mindset and the ability to follow operational instructions.
• Comfort working in a hands-on warehouse/production environment with physical tasks and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to safety, including PPE use and awareness of machine safety features.
• Basic understanding of quality checks through visual inspection of product.
• Reliability and willingness to support housekeeping and general maintenance tasks to keep the area organized and safe.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform loading/unloading of materials safely.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling as assigned.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements and maintain safe work practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual product inspections to support quality standards and keep area clean.
