Old Dutch Foods in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a PMO -2nd Shift Packaging Machine Operator. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM at 2375 Terminal Rd W, Saint Paul, MN 55113.

The Packaging Operator ensures quality and output, handles setup, changeovers, shutdowns, cleaning, and QA checks. Responsibilities include operating packaging machines, basic repairs, maintaining logs, and maintaining safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience working on packaging machinery and in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow the schedule and set and run packaging equipment accordingly.
• Ability to work as a team member under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging machines run at set quantity and quality.
• Set up, changeovers, shutdowns and drains per production schedule.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running.
• Report problems to supervisor if unrecoverable within 10 minutes.
• Keep machine and staging areas stocked with supplies.
