Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United States is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator to join the Packaging Department, supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating filling and labeling equipment, monitoring quality, performing in-process checks, training others, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs in English.
• Basic math skills for equipment adjustments and product counts.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment.
• Monitor equipment and product quality throughout the production line.
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production logs.
• Train and cross-train other operators on production line functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
