Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a repack team member for a 2nd Shift (2PM-10PM, Mon-Fri) at our Walker, MI plant. You will repack parts into customer containers, print and label new containers via Plex, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging per customer requirements.

You will follow plant rules, use proper lifting techniques, and communicate daily objectives with supervision to meet deadlines. Comprehensive benefits include health coverage and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform job duties.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.

Responsibilities

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Communicate with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
