Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Repack team member to support production by repacking parts from storage into customer containers at our Walker, MI plant. You will follow procedures to ensure packaging, labeling and quality requirements are met.

Two shifts are available: 1st shift 6AM-2PM or 2nd shift 2PM-10PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime to meet customer needs. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English to safely perform duties and follow instructions.
• Ability to understand work instructions, safety procedures and company communications.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity and reliability in tasks.
• Takes responsibility for actions and outcomes.

• Follow plant rules including dress code and equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex.
• Complete one part number at a time and communicate daily objectives.
• Adhere to lifting techniques and plant rules including dress code and device use.
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• Follow plant rules and safety procedures.
