Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Repack Team Member for the 2nd Shift (2PM-10PM, M-F) at our Walker, MI plant. You will repack products from storage containers into customer containers, print and label new containers via Plex, and complete one part number at a time while following all safety rules.

You should read, write, and understand English well, follow work instructions, and maintain accuracy. We value ownership, teamwork, and safety as we meet customer needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintains accuracy and reliability in daily tasks and labeling.
• Communicates with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
• Demonstrates safe lifting techniques and proper dress code.
• Resolves conflicts constructively and maintains positive work relationships.

Responsabilités

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Communicate with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• Follow plant rules including dress, hair, and cell phone usage.
