Job summary

Steele Solutions is seeking a Receiving Lead on the 2nd shift to oversee daily receiving operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and support timely material flow in a safe, quality-driven environment.

The role partners with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping, leading a team, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining ERP transaction accuracy and compliance with 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience.
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily receiving activities to meet goals.
• Provide training and coaching to receiving team members.
• Assist with workload distribution and task prioritization.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate receipt of incoming materials and verify against orders.
