Job summary

PSG is seeking a Material Handling and Receiving Supervisor to lead 2nd shift warehouse activities, partner with 1st shift leadership, and drive material flow from receiving into stockroom. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, lean practices, and safe operation of equipment to meet site goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing supervision, experience with Oracle ERP, and lean certifications, with strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma; Bachelor's in supply chain preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing with supervision experience.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma or Lean Certification preferred.
• Oracle ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and direct material handling and receiving activities.
• Lead 2nd shift personnel and coordinate with 1st shift leaders and Sr. Manager.
• Drive inventory accuracy, 5S/6S and FIFO processes.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and adherence to policies.
