Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems in Colorado is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure machined components and assemblies meet tight quality standards. You will read drawings, document nonconformances, and support root-cause analysis in a fast-paced environment for mission-critical defense systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience inspecting machined components in ISO9001/AS9100 environment.
• Ability to populate inspection reports, maintain quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined components and assemblies.
• Identify and document nonconformance; support root-cause investigations.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, test procedures.
• Create acceptance data packages for customer approval.
• Prepare AS9102 reports and quality documentation.
• Operate CMMs and GOM scanning equipment with GD&T tolerances.
• Support corrective actions and receiving inspection.
