Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client delivery projects onsite at the New Albany, OH client site. This hourly role follows NASI PMO standards to ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of improving processes, supporting technical teams, and delivering accurate documentation. Standard hours are Monday–Friday with after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the technology services industry.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements gathering and issue troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Apply NASI PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently across all projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and version control in centralized systems.
• Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project activities and provide timely status updates to the project manager.
• Support onboarding, payroll, and time-off requests as needed.
