Black Box seeks a Project Coordinator to support client delivery projects onsite at a client site in New Albany, OH. The role is hourly with a contract that may extend or lead to hire, supporting project execution and standardization of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in technology services.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and documentation practices.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across teams.
• Apply NASI PMO standards and methodologies to projects.
• Maintain project documentation and version control in centralized systems.
• Prepare agendas and presentations for stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and provide status updates.
