Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of basic skills test.
• Successful completion of drug screens, background screens, and physical demands testing.
• Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate friction manufacturing equipment (e.g., bagger, press, cure).
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety rules with PPE.
• Inspect product quality and record scrap data accurately.
• Enter all required data for job tickets and production logs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work to meet daily production targets and schedules.
