Job summary

Dole Packaged Foods, LLC is seeking a Production Technician II for the 2nd shift in McDonough, GA. You will help ensure safe production and high quality frozen fruit products by operating, maintaining, and sanitation of packaging equipment.

Responsibilities include following GMPs, SOPs, recording production data, and coordinating with team members to minimize downtime. Requires willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write and interpret box markings, labels and safety rules.
• Able to operate equipment following SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and SOPs for equipment operation.
• Produce high quality products safely and efficiently.
• Set up machinery and ensure materials are available.
• Operate and monitor equipment; replenish materials as needed.
• Maintain production records and adjust machines as required.
• Identify defects and correct as needed; ensure proper codes.
• Work across production and packaging areas as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety regulations.
