• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process.
• Manage controllable operating expenditure (e.g., scrap, consumables) and guide continuous process improvements.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve high production levels under tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to support production objectives.
