Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Technician, Quality 1 for the 2nd shift in Richardson, Texas. You will assist quality engineers by providing production expertise to resolve quality issues on the line.

The role requires basic knowledge of quality standards, documentation systems, and strong communication with internal customers. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 1 year of quality-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with shop floor control and quality management documentation systems such as Spectrum Pro, EtQ.

Responsibilities

• Assist in-process and product first-layer assessment.
• Support identification and disposition of internal non-conforming materials.
• Ensure changes and corrective actions are applied on the manufacturing line.
• Assist and support First Article Assessment activities.
• Support internal, industry and customer audits as required.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
