Celestica in Richardson, TX seeks a Production Cell Leader 4 on 2nd shift to lead a manufacturing cell, balance personnel, and ensure on-time assembly. You will oversee manual and automated processes, soldering, testing, and quality control to meet production goals.

Candidates should have 4–5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma with related coursework, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers while guiding a team to high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma and additional courses after high school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead the team to high quality production within tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product(s) through designated area of responsibility.
• Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Monitors quantity and quality output and leads production or prototype team to meet group goals.
• Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.
