Job summary

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives a daily production schedule and coordinates inputs to meet on-time production targets.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks; manage controllable operating expenditure.
• Lead, train and motivate a diverse team to achieve quality, output and efficiency goals.
• Direct subordinates in task execution, performance reviews and overtime planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
