Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer applications: Excel, Word, Power Point with ability to learn other programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated potential leadership and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated technical understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate others, while maintaining accountability.
• Ability to treat others with respect & dignity.
• Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated initiative & self-motivation.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Mastering all jobs/skills of the team in order to train, relieve, and assist team members, and to act as a technical problem-solving resource.
• Maintaining required records to document activities in the assigned area.
• Monitor production schedules to maintain material, facility, and training readiness.
• Assigns team members to area activities in accordance with production demands and directives of the Group Leader.
• Assures that quality for product passed from area meets all specifications and standards.
• Acts as the primary communication link between the team and Group Leader through daily meetings and monitoring team concerns.
• Other tasks assigned by Group Leader.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager(s).
