Phillips Manufacturing in UMATILLA, FL is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and direct plant personnel, ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards. The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires hands-on supervision of the production team.
You will coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to meet production schedules, train staff, monitor metrics, and implement cost-saving improvements while promoting teamwork and safety compliance.
As a Production Supervisor with Phillips Manufacturing, you will will supervise and direct plant personnel to maintain an efficient, productive, and safe work environment. Ensure quality of product produced meets company/customer guidelines. We are a well-established manufacturer with over 68 years of providing quality products to our clients. Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country.
This full-time position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is located at our Umatilla, FL manufacturing facility.
Experience: 3-5 years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience in a leadership role.
Qualified candidates must also successfully pass pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and physical capacity screenings.
