Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to lead a skilled team and meet production schedules in a safety-focused environment. You will collaborate with the production manager to plan activities, ensure adherence to quality controls, and maintain clean, safe operations while reporting on performance metrics and quality data.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 7+ years in manufacturing/production and at least 4 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Acts independently under general direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• Follow quality controls and procedures to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and address safety concerns promptly.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provide updates to management.
