Allient Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees a manufacturing and assembly team, plans work, implements policies, and leads continuous improvement efforts.

The candidate should have 3–8 years of supervisory experience in production, an associate degree in a related field (bachelors preferred), and strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive safety and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• Directs production staff and assigns tasks; plans, monitors and enforces policies.
• Implements production plans and schedules; reports to Operations Manager.
• Achieves production, productivity and quality standards.
• Drives lean initiatives and continuous improvement (AST) to reduce waste.
• Maintains 5S and safe working environment on the floor.

• Directs all production staff and schedules tasks.
• Generates production plans and resources based on staffing and deadlines.
• Meets production standards for quality and productivity.
• Improves workflow by removing stoppages and analyzing delays.
• Oversees resources and facilities as needed.
• Maintains quality control procedures and safety standards.
