ChampionX in Tulsa, OK is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team of skilled workers and meet production schedules.

You will collaborate with the production manager to develop and execute production activities safely, ensure quality controls, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 7+ years in manufacturing with 4+ years in supervision; ChampionX is undergoing an integration with SLB.

What you will do

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience.


• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary.


• Acts independently under general direction.

Physical Demands

• Works in heated, ventilated shop. Has continuous exposure to heat and noise.


• Protective gloves, and sleeves are required for sustained periods.


• Also, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe footwear are required constantly.


• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
