• Directs and assigns tasks to production staff, ensuring clear expectations and compliance with policies.
• Generates production plans and schedules based on staffing, materials and deadlines; reports to Production/Operations Manager.
• Upholds quality and safety standards; supports lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Maintains 5S and safe work environment; may coach staff and oversee maintenance duties as needed.
