ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to lead a skilled team and meet production schedules in a safety-focused environment. You will collaborate with the production manager to plan activities, ensure adherence to quality controls, and maintain clean, safe operations while reporting on performance metrics and quality data.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 7+ years in manufacturing/production and at least 4 years

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Acts independently under general direction.

What you will do:

• Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
• Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
• Acts independently under general direction.

Physical Demands:

• Works in heated, ventilated shop.
• Has continuous exposure to heat and noise.
• Protective gloves, and sleeves are required for sustained periods.Also, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe footwear are required constantly.
• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
