Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams of 25–40 employees.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with managers and team members.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the safety performance of the assigned shift.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Lead production operations on assigned shift.
• Manage schedules and breaks; reduce machine downtime.
• Analyze production data and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving for finished goods storage.
• Submit daily reports and participate in hand-off meetings.
