Job summary

Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement improvement initiatives on the production floor using lean methods.
  • Optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct time studies and capability analyses to guide improvements.
  • Write clear work instructions and document process changes with revision control.
  • Coordinate with teams to document layouts and variations on the plant floor.
