Job summary

Qualifications

2 years’ supervisory experience in a related environment (e.g., logistics / supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, manufacturing).
2 years’ experience in clerical-related responsibilities (e.g., data entry, filing) and computer applications (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

Promote a safe work environment by ensuring associates wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
Maintain clean, organized work areas by keeping floors clear and equipment functional.
Request materials, supplies, parts, and repairs to support production operations.
Plan daily production activities, schedules, staffing, and priorities.
Monitor operations and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.
Inspect materials and equipment for defects and coordinate corrective actions.
