Job summary

United Rotary Brush Corporation in Olathe, KS is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift to support high-volume brush and broom production. The role requires operating machines, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining daily production targets.

You will participate in line setup, perform light maintenance, and keep work areas clean, with Monday-Thursday 4:20 pm to 2:50 am schedule. High school diploma and manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent work experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production procedures with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Problem identification and solving skills.
• Ability and judgement to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees.
• Regular attendance and ability to be at work regularly and on time is essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company polices at all times, in all actions
• Produce, package, and label all product to quality and manufacturing specifications at required production rates.
• Clean and maintain equipment in work area during and at the end of each shift.
